Job Summary:
The Logistics Manager is responsible is in charge of a company’s distribution, movement and storage of its supplies. Their main duties include reviewing budgets, processing shipments and building delivery routes.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible all import and export shipments via air, sea, and land.
• Responsible shipment schedules and ensure on-time arrival and dispatch of goods.
• Responsible of Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Responsible to review, and submit import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, permits, HS codes, etc.).
• Responsible with customs clearance activities with agents and customs authorities.
• To ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
• Responsible to handle customs inspections, duties, taxes, and clearance issues.
• To manage accurate records of customs declarations, permits, and shipping documents.
• To manage proper filing for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Responsible to track duty payments and customs-related costs.
• Work closely with internal departments (procurement, sales, warehouse, finance).
• To Manage Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues.
• Support return shipments, re-exports, and temporary imports if required.
• Other tasks assign by management.
