Manage daily maintenance operations for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of repair works.
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
Coordinate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory control.
Liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers, contractors, and management teams.
Prepare maintenance reports, performance analysis, and technical documentation.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement plans for recurring issues.
Ensure proper maintenance records and documentation are maintained.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or engineering operations.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and facility management.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
