• Participate in the inspection of buildings, equipment, and related systems to identify any issues.• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.• Aid in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.• Help in the planning and scheduling of repairs.• Aid in conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical work, plumbing, painting, and basic carpentry.• Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.• Help maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies• Aid in the management of 3rd party contractors that undertake works on the Site.• Perform other tasks as required by the Project and Maintenance Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.• Effective problem-solving abilities.• Must be well- organized and can prioritize tasks.• Good communication skills with a basic knowledge of English.• Ability to work unsupervised.
