Job Summary
Join Nippon Paint Cambodia as a Brand Executive in Phnom Penh, where you will help shape brand presence, support marketing campaigns, and drive customer engagement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Support brand strategy and daily marketing activities to strengthen market visibility.
● Coordinate campaign execution, promotional materials, and brand communication.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform actions.
● Work with sales, product, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
● Assist in event planning, product launches, and in-store or trade promotion activities.
● Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports for management review.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related commercial roles.
● Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
● Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
● Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Based in Phnom Penh, preferably familiar with the Chamkar Mon area.
