A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Corporate Business Development

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with long-term growth such as Kizuna.
  • Lead activation (internal and external).
  • Identify and engage corporate, affiliate partner, SMEs, NGOs, Bank, MFIs, and institutions.
  • Conduct meetings, needs assessment, and solution presentation.
  • Develop and close group business opportunities (GTL, GCL).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.

2. Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and manage relationships with:

- Employers and business owners - HR and management teams - Affiliate partners

  • Conduct seminars, engagement sessions, and awareness activities.

3. Channel Support

  • Support group business in producing proposals and ensure smooth operational process with cross functional team.
  • Coordinate with Agency and Banca on group opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of group clients

4. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Manage full sales cycle:

- Lead generation - Engagement - Proposal - Follow-up

  • Track pipeline, activities, and conversion using tools (e.g., Kizuna platform)

5. Customer Solution & Delivery

  • Understand employer needs and propose tailored employee benefit solutions.
  • Support proposal development and pricing discussion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting and claims support.

  • 3–5 years in sales, corporate business, or insurance
  • Experience in corporate sales / B2B / banking / insurance preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Result-driven and able to manage pipeline independently
  • Good coordination with cross-functional teams
