Drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify business opportunities, increase market penetration, and maximize customer value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across enterprise customers.
Understand customer business objectives and challenges, translating them into tailored ICT and enterprise solution proposals.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Collaborate with technical, product, and service delivery teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM systems, ensuring visibility and effective opportunity management.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management, issue resolution, and ongoing engagement.
Prepare and present business proposals, commercial agreements, and executive-level presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, account management, or solution selling, preferably within telecommunications, ICT, cloud, managed services, or technology industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity, ICT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.
Excellent consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital business tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
