Define and drive project vision, objectives, and delivery strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
Facilitate effective communication and governance between business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
Prioritize project deliverables, manage scope, and ensure alignment with agreed objectives and timelines.
Oversee project execution, including development, testing, and implementation phases.
Support business units to mobilize initiatives and projects emerging from regulatory and government bodies
Lead a small group of business analysts and project managers for big and complex projects
Monitor project progress, performance, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution and reporting.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and adherence to best practices.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a related discipline, preferably within technology or banking domains.
Proven experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery practices.
Exposure to multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), with the ability to adapt based on project needs.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project implementation, from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance practices.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive effective solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and external vendors.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
