Position Summary
The Marketing & Communications Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to launch and position Pan Pacific Phnom Penh in the local and international market. The role will lead pre-opening communications, digital marketing, public relations, content development and brand campaigns that build awareness, support commercial objectives and protect the hotel's reputation in accordance with Pan Pacific brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the pre-opening marketing and communications plan, including launch milestones, campaign calendars, budgets and performance measures.
- Manage the hotel's website, social-media channels, digital content, email campaigns and online listings, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Plan and execute public-relations activities, media engagement, press releases, interviews, influencer collaborations and opening events.
- Create and review marketing content, collateral, photography, videography and presentations in line with brand identity and communication standards.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, media partners and suppliers to deliver approved projects on time and within budget.
- Work with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms and Spa teams to develop integrated campaigns, packages and promotional materials.
- Monitor media coverage, digital performance, campaign results, market trends and competitor activity, providing reports and recommendations.
- Maintain brand consistency and support reputation management, guest communications and crisis-response requirements across all channels.
