• Own the annual corporate events and sponsorship calendar as a key brand saliency driver, from strategy and concept to execution and post-event evaluation
• Manage flagship corporate events, milestones, and sponsorships end to end, ensuring strong brand visibility, memorable experiences, and measurable value
• Amplify events and sponsorships through PR, social, and content to extend reach beyond the event.
• Lead seasonal and cultural campaigns (e.g., Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben) that connect tradition with the brand to drive brand engagement and affinity.
• Lead and drive the corporate content strategy and storytelling across owned, earned, and social channels
• Manage internal and external communications, including leadership messages and executive thought-leadership content.
• Lead corporate materials such as the annual report, corporate profile, presentations, and videos.
• Build strong media relationships and secure positive coverage, with regular monitoring.
• Lead media crisis management, including the crisis communication plan, holding statements, spokesperson readiness, and timely, coordinated responses
• Protect the bank’s reputation by monitoring media and social sentiment, flagging emerging issues early, and working with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to minimize reputational impact.
• Lead and drive employer branding, building the EVP and positioning the bank as an employer of choice.
• Control budgets for cost efficiency, and coach the team on branding, communications, and PR .
