Job Summary
Lead marketing strategy and brand growth for a leading automotive business in Phnom Penh. You will drive campaigns, strengthen market presence, and support sales through creative, data-informed marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.
● Lead brand campaigns across digital, media, events, and dealer channels to grow awareness.
● Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decisions.
● Work closely with sales, product, and agency partners to launch effective promotions.
● Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports to ensure strong ROI.
● Oversee content, creative assets, and messaging for consistent brand communication.
● Plan and support product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 5+ years of marketing experience, including managerial responsibility.
● Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
● Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer product marketing is an advantage.
● Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action plans.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
● Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are highly desirable.
● Creative thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
