JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Event Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute promotional events and activations to support sales objectives.
• Plan and manage budgets for distribution-led events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics, venue selection, branding, and event materials.
• Ensure seamless execution of events, including vendor coordination and on-site management.

1. Promotions & Campaigns:

• Design and implement promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales growth.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to develop campaign assets.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities, making data-driven improvements.

1. Sales & Distribution Alignment:

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify promotional opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Support channel partners and distributors with promotional tools and event initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest innovative promotional strategies.

1. Reporting & Analysis:

• Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to events and promotions.
• Provide insights and recommendations for future promotional activities based on data analysis.
• Maintain records of all promotional events, including budgets and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, promotions, or sales-driven marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing events and promotional campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
