About the Role

Spring International Academy (SIA) is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified Native English Teachers to join our academic team. We are looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood development and academic excellence 

• Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons tailored for Early Years and Primary level students.

• Student Development: Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment dedicated to child development and academic growth.

• Curriculum Delivery: Execute interactive learning activities that promote foundational language, communication, and cognitive skills.

• Assessment & Progress Tracking: Evaluate student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and provide construct feedback to parents and school management.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with school leadership and fellow educators to uphold SIA’s high educational standards.

• Native English Speaker: Fluent in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.

• Gender Preference: Female teacher (Preferred).

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field (plus TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred).

• Passion for Teaching: Strong commitment to early childhood care, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
