Assist in sourcing and approaching prospective merchants or clients through field visits, phone calls, or lead databases.
Explain product or service offerings and assist in completing registration and onboarding steps.
Collect and verify required documentation (e.g., KYC, business licenses, bank details).
Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, operations, sales) to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
Provide first-level support to newly onboarded merchants or clients, including setup assistance, troubleshooting, and training.
Respond to merchant queries related to account activation, usage, or technical issues and escalate as needed.
Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with merchants to ensure active engagement.
Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities, onboarding status, and support cases in CRM or internal systems.
Support team members in preparing daily/weekly reports on onboarding and support metrics.
Help identify common issues and contribute to improving onboarding materials and FAQs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales support, client onboarding, or customer service (experience in fintech, e-commerce, or banking is a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; basic familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is preferred.
