Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Omni-Channel Platform Assistant Manager/Specialist to own the performance and integrity of our digital sales platforms. You will be responsible for managing the platform interface, coordinating backend system issues, optimizing for SEO and algorithms, and launching data-driven campaigns to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of IT, performance data, and platform.

Major Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and launch digital promotions and campaigns (e.g., Stores & Online Exclusive) within the platform to drive sales and customer engagement
  • To ensure campaign landing wireframes are built correctly with tracking & SOP are implemented toward cross functional teams
  • Analyze platform traffic & business performance using data tools to identifying trends, and recommending actions to convert traffic into customers, sales for business expansion
  • Manage and coordinate all backend system updates, integrations, and maintenance windows with the IT department and external vendors
  • Main POC for the business to the IT team; log, prioritize, track, and follow up on all system bugs, issues, and enhancement requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, site deployments, and bug fixes before they go live
  • Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to ensure product listings and content are optimized for relevant keywords and search logic
  • Create regular reports on platform report, campaign performance, traffic sources, & SEO KPIs
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize the user journey and increase conversion rates
  • Implement & follow through require SOP & Guidelines as needed

Internal and External Interactions:

Internal:

  • Work with Marketing – Trade and Communication, Business I.T., Commercial
  • Work with Store Operations such as Store Section,O2O Operation, Key Account, B2B sales , Customer service
  • Thailand I.T. Support. 

External:

  • Elevate customers experience SLA & Complaints

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Checking promotion readiness & assortment review support

  • Support reviewing promotion items competitiveness against competitors, and ensure campaign readiness on ecommerce platform [ communication & mechanic setup ]
  • Support evaluating ecommerce promotion campaign result and identify improvement actions for business growth
  • Support reviewing assortment in E-Commerce channel as needed and take actions according to internal process to support online sale

Reporting:

Run required performance monitoring & analysis reports, including

  • O2O & OCS daily Sales versus Budget Summary to support HOD
  • Reports monitoring & analyzing daily Sales, Order, and Buying customer Trend, to discuss among Operation, Commercial, Sales, Marketing for actions needed.

Front End Setup: 

Ensure below front-end content tasks that related to customer experience are setup correctly & timely;

  • Setup content [ new Item setup / item update / banner uploading / promotion uploading / marketing message in platform]
  • Product search improvement on both Website & Application on regular basis [ product photo updates, correct product description, product tagging] to ensure best visibility & relevancy to customer needs
  • Perform product item maintenance management tasks;
    • Categorize products to ease customer experience/journey
    • Summarize item status [ active / inactive] on platform vs instore on monthly basis
    • Manage daily item movement to be active or inactive status according to the situation of each product (i.e. Supply situation, Product quality situation, Store operation situation)

Daily Issues Feedback & Support

  • Monitor & provide solution customers’ complaints via Facebook app or other channels related Ecommerce Order.
  • Occasionally support CD/KAM/OCS to response to customers once they have issues via LINE/Viber
  • Co-ordinate with TH It and issue ticket if any technical issue on ecommerce platform
  • Constantly keep manager alert of daily customer feedback

  • Any other assignments to support the business as required
