Commercial Event Execution
- Lead the end-to-end coordination and implementation of events targeting mass or consumer audiences
- Ensure full operational readiness across setup, materials, staffing, and permissions
- Maintain smooth execution aligned with customer-facing objectives and brand expectations
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal functions including sales, GTM, product, and marketing operations
- Coordinate with vendors and regional teams for on-site readiness, transport, and local support
- Escalate challenges and align contingency plans of live activations
Compliance & Brand Quality Control
- Apply standard event checklists to ensure consistency and quality of execution
- Enforce branding, safety, and operational standards in public settings
- Conduct physical validations of event setups, staff presentation, and customer-facing elements
Reporting & Documentation
- Collect event data, photos, engagement metrics, and operational feedback
- Compile post-event documentation with performance highlights and observations
- Maintain internal records of events, vendor inputs, and on-site learnings
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support parallel projects led by other Events team members when required
- Join planning sessions and venue inspections to validate commercial readiness
- Recommend improvements to checklists, execution workflows, or vendor engagement

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
Professional training or certification in event or project management is an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event and/or project management
Proven ability to lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex events or sponsorship initiatives.
Experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders across functional areas.
Familiarity with budget oversight, cross-functional alignment, and execution under time/resource constraints.
Strong coordination and time management under pressure
Discipline in logistics, checklists, and on-site troubleshooting
Detail-oriented with high execution standards
Clear communication with internal stakeholders and vendors
