  • Fottow up roce delivery from rice mill to warehouse
  • Communicate with rice mills regarding deLivery schedute
  • Update operation manager on delivery status daiiy
  • F0ttow pacrking instruction as provicJed by purchasing department
  • M0nitor packing process to ensure: Correct brand & packaging, weight, tabeting & marking, on-time completioir
  • Report any packing discrepancy immediately
  • Coordinate with saLes team and independent surveyor for pre-sampting
  • Update darty pre-sampting report
  • Update rice stock movement at Union/Standby warehouse to stock controller before 5pm .
  • Monitor Loading process to ensure comptiance and container meeting standard
  • Drop daily loading report before 5pm t0 container surveyor
  • On-time deIivery follow up
  • Packing acluracy rate
  • Zero wron6 packaging
  • On-time container loading
  • Daity report submission before cleadtine
  • Stock accuracy
