1. Warehouse Operations
   • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
   • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of finished goods and raw materials to maintain quality.
   • Implement and oversee inventory control measures, including stock rotation (FIFO) and regular stock counts.
   • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
   • Monitor equipment and facility conditions, initiating maintenance or repairs as needed.
2. Logistics Coordination
   • Plan and schedule dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or distribution centers.
   • Liaise with transport providers to secure cost-effective and reliable services.
   • Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any logistics issues promptly.
   • Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance cost-efficiency and service quality.
3. System and Process Management
   • Maintain and update warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order management.
   • Generate and analyze reports on stock movements, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
   • Support the implementation of process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
4. Health, Safety, and Compliance
   • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies in all warehouse activities.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or non-compliances.
      
   • Collaboration and Support
     • Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
     • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
     • Assist in training team members in inventory management and logistics best practices.
   • Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Supply Chain, or Manager or Management Team from time to time.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and logistics software.
