  • Promote products and brand name among targeted communities and potential customers for deposit, credit products and other financial services in assigned operating area with a view to delivering clear, transparent and accurate information to each customer;
  • Monitor deposit performance regularly to ensure sales target achieved;
  • Provide services to customers based on good communication and ethical behavior;
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospects, customers and local authorities to ensure that customer satisfaction is enriched;
  • Collect customer feedbacks and competitor information such as product/service features, pricing etc. in the purpose of providing constructive comments to direct supervisor for improvement;
  • Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
  • Receive telephone called from customer outside.
  • Other tasks assign by management.

  1. Female are preferable, age from 20 to 30 years old
  2. Fluent in Indonesian language and English or Khmer language
  3. Have experience as customer service at least 1 year
  4. Good working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office & Internet).
  5. 4th Year or Fresh graduate or Bachelor degree in banking management or equivalent.
