• Conduct in-depth data analysis (e.g., demographic, market, operational metrics) to develop accurate forecasts for future demand, resource needs, or staffing requirements.• Develop, document, and present comprehensive plans, proposals, or reports (e.g., strategic plans, land use plans, production schedules) that align with organizational objectives and budgets.• Review plans and proposals to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, zoning codes, and internal policies (e.g., environmental, financial, or safety standards).• Serve as a key liaison between internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Engineering) and external agencies or the public to facilitate plan integration and feedback.• Track the implementation and execution of approved plans, identifying variances, managing change requests, and developing corrective actions to keep projects or production on schedule.
