Job Summary
Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier relationships, negotiations, and purchasing operations for a fast-growing digital business in Phnom Penh. You will ensure cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business goals and optimize spend.
● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality, value, and reliable service.
● Manage purchase requests, orders, contracts, and approvals with accuracy and compliance.
● Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in service levels.
● Analyze market trends, pricing, and risks to support informed sourcing and budget decisions.
● Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement delivery.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
● 5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
● Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and cost control.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
● Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems; detail-oriented and organized.
● Ability to work in Phnom Penh and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
