A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Develop and implement procurement strategies for local and overseas purchases.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best value for the company.
Manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate overseas procurement, import processes, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics.
Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery schedules, and cost control.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with project, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
Experience in overseas sourcing, import/export procedures, and supplier management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Khmer and English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
