A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Initiate purchase requests for network equipment, fiber materials, tools, and office supplies.
Review requisitions from the Technical, NOC, IT, and Field Operations teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and correct specifications.
Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers, compare pricing, evaluate quality, and analyze cost-saving opportunities.
Request quotations from at least three approved suppliers and prepare comparison sheets for management approval.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
Prepare purchase orders (PO) and follow through all stages until delivery and payment completion.
Maintain vendor database, including pricing, performance history, and product catalogs for ISP-related equipment.
Evaluate supplier reliability, delivery performance, and product quality
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers both locally and internationally.
Coordinate shipping, customs clearance (if applicable), and logistics arrangements for imported telecom equipment.
Receive and inspect delivered goods, quality, and quantity match purchase orders.
Work with the warehouse team to update stock
Work closely with:
- Technical/Engineering team for material specs and hardware
- Finance for payment and budget checks
- Warehouse for inventory updates
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of procurement experience in telecom, ISP, ICT.
Experience purchasing network equipment, fiber materials, and technical supplies is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Understanding of ISP/telecom equipment and specifications
