I. General Summary:
Primary job focus is to operate equipment and tools, assemble vehicles and perform quality checks. The operator is responsible for supporting the company’s mission statement and overall business objectives by living the quality philosophy, following the environmental policy, and actively working to improve production results.

II. Essential Job Functions:

• Follow standard work procedures.
• Body repair (Remove broken components of vehicles and consult with other members of team to determine whether something can be fixed or if it needs to be completely replaced)
• Polishing and OBD Scanner
• A/C air condition repair (checking and fixing various parts of the AC system)
• Gas refill and wheel alignment
• Equipment Maintenance (Maintenance activities performed to keep their equipment in proper working order)
• Plastic Welding and vehicle drive tester
• Document Supporter (Support all document that relate with team P.E)
• Maintain daily 5S in the work area and equipment.
• Work well with other team members.
• Understand and work by the HGB Motors philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:

High School diploma or GED (General Educational Development Test) preferred.

• Personal/Technical Skills:
  • Must be able to work a shift schedule including daily or weekend overtime. 
  • Ability to exercise on daily basis.
  • Work well with other team members.
  • Understand and work by the HGB Motors philosophy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

• Work Environment/Conditions:
  Plant:  Standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise level.  PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety shoes, hearing protection, etc. are required in vehicle assembly and warehouse areas. Personal attire standards may apply.

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear.  The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 15 kgs and push/pull 15-30 kgs.
