• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors; negotiate favorable pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely submission to suppliers.• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers; monitor their performance, quality, and on-time delivery (OTD).• Conduct cost analysis and market research to understand industry trends, commodity price movements, and identify opportunities for continuous cost reduction• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, receiving) and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and optimal inventory levels.
