- Skills: Leadership and team management, Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, Problem-solving and decision-making, Effective communication and coordination across teams, Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting, and workflow monitoring.
- Min. 5+ years in body shop quality management, including team leadership and process improvement experience.
- Experience with OEM standards, customer satisfaction metrics, and workshop KPI management.
