What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute aggressive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market footprint.
* Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the regional sales team.
* Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
* Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for executive leadership.
* Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs.
* Shape the company’s brand presence through professional networking and industry events.

* Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market shifts.
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
