  • Develop and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities across local and regional markets (modern trade, e-commerce, etc).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budget planning and P&L responsibility for the sales division.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and all other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG/beverage/consumer goods, with proven track record in driving growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing large teams and multi-channel distribution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
