Job Summary
K.P CEMENT INDUSTRY CO., LTD is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in Kratie. The ideal candidate will support business development efforts and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development: Responsible for developing the cement market and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory, while meeting the sales targets set by the company.
2. Sales Operations: Manage customer visits, product promotion, price negotiations, order follow-up, and the coordination of product shipments.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction, repeat purchase rates, and market share.
4. Market Research: Gather and provide timely feedback on regional market demand, competitor pricing, sales volumes, and marketing policies.

l Experience in B2B sales; background in the cement or construction materials industry is preferred.
l Strong communication and negotiation skills.
l Strong execution capabilities.
l High resilience under pressure, a strong team spirit, and a customer-service mindset.
l Proficient in standard office software.
l Strong proficiency in Khmer and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
l Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
