- Promote clubhouse memberships, facilities, events, and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and business partners.
- Conduct clubhouse tours and present membership packages and benefits.
- Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
- Coordinate and support clubhouse events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective members to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality customer service and smooth event execution.
- Represent the clubhouse professionally at networking events and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or     related field.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, PR, or hospitality is an  advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in presenting products, services, and membership packages.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to handle inquiries professionally.
- Good follow-up, negotiation, and basic sales reporting skills.
- Able to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Good personal presentation and willingness to attend events as needed.
