Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition, promote financial products, and build strong client relationships in Phnom Penh. This role suits a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach prospective customers to promote banking and microfinance products and services.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
● Explain product features, terms, and benefits clearly to help customers choose suitable solutions.
● Meet sales targets through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and effective closing techniques.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely service delivery.
● Prepare accurate sales reports, customer updates, and market feedback for management review.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, insurance, microfinance, or financial services.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
● Ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
● Good understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and relationship management.
● Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting; knowledge of local market trends is an advantage.
● Willingness to work in Phnom Penh, Tuol Kouk, and travel as required for business development.
