● Supervise daily sales activities and guide the team to achieve targets.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow accounts and repeat business.
● Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions for improvement.
● Support pricing, promotions, and market coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
● Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
● Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
● Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in sales, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
● Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and reporting.
● Ability to coach, motivate, and support a sales team to meet targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, or a similar industry is an advantage.
● Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
● Fluent English communication skills; Khmer language skills are an asset.
