System Architecture & Modernization: Lead the architectural design and continuous improvement of existing systems to ensure long-term stability and technological relevance.
Advanced Feature Engineering: Drive the development and implementation of complex new features by translating high-level business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Code Excellence & Mentorship: Write and review high-quality, clean, and scalable code using C# and .NET Core, while establishing best practices for the development team.
API & Web Service Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of highly secure and performant RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core and MVC frameworks.
Data Architecture & Optimization: Lead database design and advanced query optimization within MS SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework for sophisticated data management.
Strategic Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve high-priority software issues, debugging and upgrading mission-critical applications to ensure maximum system reliability.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development, with a proven track record of leading software projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and RESTful API architecture.
Database Skills: Advanced expertise in MS SQL Server, including performance tuning, complex indexing, and stored procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
