Regularly review and ensure the credit policies are up-to-date, reflecting changes in regulatory requirements, market conditions, and best practices in credit risk management.
Proactively suggest revisions or enhancements to the credit policies based on evolving risk exposures and industry trends.
Evaluate and assess credit-related proposals including programs, guidelines, procedures, SOPs, and credit risk models to ensure alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory framework.
Prepare comprehensive assessments and risk reports for internal stakeholders and Credit Committee (CC) approval, offering data-driven recommendations on credit proposals.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of credit risk assessments, decisions, and policy revisions.
Develop and present periodic risk reports, portfolio reviews, and credit risk dashboards to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and industry changes that may impact credit risk, and provide senior management with relevant insights.
Foster a strong risk-aware culture within the bank, ensuring that all relevant teams understand and adhere to credit policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit risk management, data analysis, or risk modeling within the banking or financial services industry.
Proficiency in credit risk modeling, including the development, validation, and implementation of credit scoring, default prediction, and stress testing models.
Proven expertise in analyzing credit risk data, conducting stress tests, and developing risk models.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially when dealing with large volumes of data and high-risk scenarios.
