● Perform site validation, testing, and quality checks to verify performance and solution stability.
● Document technical findings, implementation results, and recommendations for future improvements.

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
● Proven experience in telecom engineering, network integration, DWDM, or related network implementation.
● Strong understanding of transmission, planning, deployment, and network optimization principles.
● Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, validation, and technical acceptance processes.
● Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage tasks effectively under deadlines.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
● Proficiency in technical documentation, reporting, and presenting clear implementation updates.
● Experience working in a fast-paced project environment with a focus on quality and results.
