● Design and develop network automation solutions to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and configuration.
● Maintain automation scripts, tools, and workflows to improve operational speed and reduce manual effort.
● Support network infrastructure changes, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, stable, and scalable network services.
● Document automation processes, standards, and technical procedures for effective team use.
● Analyze network issues and recommend automation-driven improvements for long-term stability.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in network engineering, automation, or a similar technical role.
● Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and enterprise network fundamentals.
● Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or similar platforms.
● Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and support reliable service delivery.
● Good understanding of network security principles, documentation, and operational best practices.
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh and adapt to a fast-paced technical environment.
