An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for IT infrastructure that supports the company’s expansion in the real estate market.
Network & Server Management: Oversee the administration of local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN), VPNs, and server environments (on-premise or cloud).
Site Connectivity: Manage the setup of IT infrastructure at new construction sites, ensuring project offices have stable internet, hardware, and communication tools.
Security & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and maintain regular backup systems to protect sensitive financial and land development data.
Vendor & Asset Management: Negotiate with ISPs and hardware vendors; manage the lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
Technical Support Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT support team to provide efficient troubleshooting for both office-based staff and onsite project teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Real Estate/Construction experience is a plus).
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Networking (Firewalls/VLANs), Server Administration (Windows/Linux/VMware), and Security/CCTV systems.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage IT setup projects for new office branches or remote construction sites.
Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer with Good English skills for technical documentation and vendor communication.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple sites under pressure.
