- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.- Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and internet connectivity.- Ensure data backup, system security, and protection against cyber threats.- Support the installation and maintenance of software applications and operating systems.- Assist in upgrading IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies.- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of hardware and software assets.- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for IT-related services.- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff when required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.- Basic understanding of network security, data backup.- Good problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support internal users.- Ability to respond quickly to technical issues and provide effective solutions.
