A Good Opportunity for ..

Assist in testing, training, and ongoing support for business process transformation initiatives.
Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for process changes or system enhancements.
Develop, review, and maintain UAT test cases to ensure they reflect real business scenarios and requirements.
Engage with end-users and subject matter experts(SMEs) to execute testing activities.
Log, track, and escalate defects or gaps to IT/development teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Validate that solutions meet business requirements before go-live and provide post implementation support.
Support process automation, workflow improvements, and documentation of processes assigned by line manager
Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in business process automation, testing, or system improvement (preferably in banking/financial services).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, UAT, and system implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functionalteams.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing digital environment
