To control and promote Brand Equity with high efficiency of planning and execution related to Brand Functioning, Senior Brand Executive position was establish to provide an efficiency marketing activities for both ATL and BTL to promote our brand into market and consumer. SBE will submit her or his monthly report to CCO such as ATL and BTL activities, Marketing Budget controlling, Competitor Movement Report, propose a proactive strategic action to maintain our market share and gain market share from competitor, Result of each campaign activities vs. plan. S/he will direct report to CCO and dot-line to CEO.

  • Manage planning, organizing, and executing sales toward company sales target Leading, training, coaching and motivation team
  • Good negotiation and Problem solving
  • Develop channel strategy into execution supplement the achievement of the maximum sale‘s target results.
  • Monitor company distributions channel evaluating products performance and customer’s feedback generates new ideas thatneed to be changed to customer’ needs.
  • Monitor sales speed and inventory status between sell-in and sell out.
  • Monitor sales territory performance-daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Monitor sales promotion and company event management Conducting market and consumers research and analysis
  • Coordinate with account adept for payment, if any Build good relationship with customers in the responsible region
  • Lead, direct and motivate the customers in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objective.
  • Development and analyze key competitors’ activities

  • Bachelor Degree in field of Business, Economic, and equivalent degree
  • At least BBA in Business and Administration and / or Marketing
  • Experience: Trade Marketing Executive, Business Development
  • Executive, Marketing Executive
  • Conceptual and consultative selling skills, business analytical skill,vision development skill, strategic thinking skill, initiative and teamwork.
  • Good planning, time management, commitment, focused, flexible,opportunity seeker, customer oriented.
  • Persuasive selling the implementation plan to concessionaire team.
  • Background from FMCG industry is a great at advantage.
  • Be honest and loyal
  • Team player
  • Independent and result-oriented
  • Dynamic and willing to work with challenging enviroment
  • Knowledge of Computer – MS Office
  • English is a must
