Manage interconnect operations, including A2P SMS traffic monitoring, routing optimization, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
Support billing, clearing, and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
Monitor KPIs, generate operational reports, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
Detect and prevent fraud, including grey route monitoring, and implement proactive risk mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Support customer and partner inquiries, providing technical guidance and problem resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Technical, Commercial) to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom, interconnect, or messaging operations.
Strong knowledge of interconnect operations, A2P messaging, routing, traffic optimization, and fraud prevention.
Analytical and business acumen, including experience in billing, settlement, revenue assurance, and commercial awareness.
Financial skills, familiar with P&L concepts and operational budgeting.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.
Professional communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and finance teams.
