• The C&S Inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete works, steel structures, masonry, and finishing activities.
• Verify that materials and workmanship conform to project specifications and approved submittals.
• Witness and document field tests and inspections, and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and inspection and test plans relevant to assigned works.
• Monitor progress and report quality, safety, and schedule issues to project management.
• Participate in site meetings and support project handover and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company quality procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction inspection or quality control.
• Familiarity with construction codes, testing procedures, and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
