Job Summary
Join a fast-paced FMCG team to support trade marketing execution, in-store visibility, and promotional activities that drive brand growth and sales performance across key channels.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the implementation of trade marketing plans across modern and traditional trade channels.
● Coordinate point-of-sale materials, displays, and promotional setups to improve brand visibility.
● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
● Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and store-level performance to identify opportunities.
● Assist in planning and tracking trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising programs.
● Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution.
● Prepare reports on campaign results, trade activities, and sales performance for management review.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 1+ year of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG preferred.
● Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
● Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Willing to support field visits and trade activation activities as needed.
