Job Purpose:
A trade executive's role involves managing and coordinating international trade activities, focusing on areas like
sales, marketing, operations, and documentation mainly focus on agriculture sector.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing trade relationships with international buyer or distributors,
handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing trade marketing & promotional plans and campaigns aligned
with company objectives.
- Sales & Marketing: Supporting sales teams with marketing materials, conducting market research, and
analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Operations: Managing shipping documentation, contracts, and Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, ensuring
smooth trade execution.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with international agents, distributors, and
other stakeholders.
- Product & Brand Management: Coordinating product launches, managing product care training, and
developing marketing assets for distributors.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with trade regulations, monitoring market trends, and
reporting on the performance of trade activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1year experience in sales, marketing, or trade operations in agriculture sectors
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of trade regulations, documentation, and logistics is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Marketing).
- Chinese and English speaking is a must
