1. Procurement & Purchasing

• Handle purchasing of goods, materials, and services required for retail operations
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing
• Ensure procurement activities meet business requirements                                                                                                                 

2. Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing)                                                                                                                  

3. Price Negotiation & Cost Control

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure competitive pricing and cost-saving opportunities
• Support cost control initiatives                                                                                                                                                                     

4. Order & Delivery Management

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Ensure accuracy of orders and documentation                                                                                                                                      

5. Inventory Coordination

• Work closely with warehouse and store teams to ensure stock availability
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products when necessary
• Support inventory planning and replenishment                                                                                                                              

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Support audits and internal control processes                                                                                                                                    

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare procurement reports (spending, supplier performance, savings)
• Analyze purchasing data to improve efficiency
• Provide insights and recommendations to management                                                                                                            

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with finance, operations, and merchandising teams
• Support new store openings and expansion projects
• Ensure smooth procurement processes across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (retail/FMCG preferred)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
