Job Summary
Join One More Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an Engineering Supervisor in Phnom Penh. You will lead day-to-day engineering support, improve equipment reliability, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise engineering activities, daily maintenance tasks, and technician performance.
● Plan and follow preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
● Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate fast, effective repairs with production teams.
● Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and production lines.
● Monitor safety, quality, and HSE compliance during all engineering work activities.
● Maintain records of maintenance, spare parts usage, and equipment performance trends.
● Recommend process and equipment improvements to raise productivity and reduce cost.
● Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth technical operations.

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
● Proven experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical support in a manufacturing environment.
● Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair.
● Ability to lead technicians, assign tasks, and manage daily work priorities effectively.
● Good understanding of workplace safety, HSE practices, and compliance requirements.
● Able to read technical drawings, manuals, and basic electrical or mechanical diagrams.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Ruessei Kaev, and support operational needs as required.
