1. Strategy Execution and Goal Achievement: Take full responsibility for translating the headquarters' and city-level operational strategies, policies, and standards into actionable plans within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of core operational metrics (on-time delivery rate, negative review rate, cost, order volume, etc.).
2. Team Building and Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, daily management, and performance evaluation of supervisory specialists; building an efficient and professional supervisory team; optimizing rider scheduling, dispatching, and talent pipeline development to improve team stability and effectiveness.
3. Quality and Safety Control: Establish and implement a routine service quality inspection and safety audit mechanism; strictly supervise rider service processes, traffic safety, and equipment specifications; assume management responsibility for major customer complaints and safety incidents; and promote closed-loop rectification.
4. Data-Driven Operational Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of daily/weekly/monthly operational data reports to identify root causes of problems, lead the development and implementation of improvement strategies (such as optimizing delivery capacity allocation within the business district and SOPs for handling abnormal scenarios), and improve the overall operational efficiency and health of the region.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource Acquisition: As the regional operations liaison, efficiently collaborate with customer service, marketing, logistics, quality control, and other departments to solve complex operational problems and secure necessary resources and support for the region.
6. Cost and Asset Management: Responsible for the reasonable control of operational costs (such as incentive costs and losses) within the assigned region, as well as the compliant use and management of rider equipment, station assets, and other materials.
