Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Specialist to support daily business operations in the bus and transportation industry. This role involves coordinating with merchants and partners, managing operational processes, supporting ticket sales operations, and conducting on-site visits to ensure smooth business execution and high-quality service delivery.

1. Business Operations Support

• Support daily operational activities within the bus and transportation business.

• Assist in implementing and improving operational processes, workflows, and service standards.

• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

2. Merchant & Partner Coordination

• Communicate and coordinate with merchants, partners, and service providers.

• Support cooperation discussions, requirement alignment, contract execution, and post-contract follow-ups.

• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and service quality.

3. Ticketing & Passenger Operations Support

• Support ticket sales coordination and operational arrangements.

• Assist in managing passenger-related processes, including scheduling, boarding coordination, and service handling.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

4. On-site Visits & Field Support

• Conduct on-site visits to clients, merchants, terminals, and partners when required.

• Follow up on operational needs, cooperation matters, and service quality improvements.

• Support on-site coordination of ticketing, passengers, and operational teams.

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular operational reports and performance tracking.

• Identify process gaps and propose improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

• Support management in operational analysis and business optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in bus operations, transportation, logistics, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of transportation operational processes and business models.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site visits as required.
