● Lead IP RAN planning activities to support network expansion, performance, and reliability.
● Develop network plans, capacity forecasts, and design recommendations based on traffic demand.
● Coordinate with rollout, optimization, and implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
● Review site, transmission, and IP transport requirements for new builds and network upgrades.
● Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and technical resolution for planning-related concerns.
● Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and project review.
● Ensure planning aligns with company standards, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
● Proven experience in telecom network planning, preferably IP RAN, transport, or access networks.
● Strong understanding of IP networking, RAN architecture, transmission, and capacity planning.
● Ability to analyze network data, identify gaps, and propose practical engineering solutions.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technical environment.
● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering tools used for planning and reporting.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
