•Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing activities to drive brand presence across B2B and B2C channels.•Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to shape campaign direction and retail strategies.•Implement merchandising and visibility programs to enhance product exposure and in-store execution.•Track campaign performance, sales outcomes, and budget utilization, adjusting strategies where necessary.•Coordinate content and promotional planning to align with target audiences and business objectives.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.•Minimum 3–5 years of trade marketing or brand activation experience, preferably in FMCG or tobacco.•Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across B2B and B2C settings.•Proven experience in field execution, visual merchandising, and campaign planning.
