• Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation
• Analyze customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
• Design and propose warehousing solutions according to customer needs
• Evaluate resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities, etc.
• Provide cost analysis and rates using cost model
• Build RFQ technical proposal and present the solution to customer

Project Management

• Work closely with Project Management Team for solutions handover upon project award
• Support in solutions adjustment during project implementation phase if needed

Cost and budget follow-up

•  Commercial Package/Costing Tools
• Support Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing Company’s expertise and know-how Support Business Development team to improve internal costing and analytics tools
• Owner of solutions innovation, e.g., automations and robotics
• Essential Educational Background and/or Training Qualifications & Certificates
   

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced in cost simulation tool
• Comfortable with data analytical and customer facing role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
• Advanced in AutoCAD
• Strong organization skills
• Working Experience & Knowledge / Technical Skills Preferred
• Logistics simulation software, e.g., CLASS
• Data visualization tool, e.g., Power BI
